Bennett Schlansky
Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer, SPORTIME Clubs, Sr. Managing Director, SPORTIME RI, Westchester, Capital Region & JMTA Ben was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, where he first started playing tennis. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Friends School and of Vassar College, where he received his BA in 1992, and where he played four years of college tennis and was team captain his senior year. Ben received his JD from Fordham University School of Law in 1999, and was admitted to the NYS and Washington DC Bars in 2000. During the summers of 1989 through 1992, Ben was a tennis director and coach at the Amagansett EastSide Tennis Club in Amagansett, NY (now SPORTIME Amagansett), the first club owned and operated by SPORTIME founder and Chief Executive Officer, Claude Okin. Between college and law school, Ben spent four years as an advocate and federal lobbyist for the Eastern Paralyzed Veteran Association. After law school, he was an associate at Seward & Kissel, LLP before rejoining the SPORTIME team in 2001. |

John McEnroe
Founder and Director, JMTA John McEnroe is one of the greatest tennis players of all time. He held the #1 world ranking in singles for 170 weeks between 1980 and 1985 and was the #1 doubles player in the world for a record 257 weeks. He is the winner of 7 Grand Slam singles titles, including 4 US Open titles and 3 Wimbledon titles. He is also widely considered to be the greatest doubles player ever, having won 10 Grand Slam doubles titles. He is the greatest Davis Cup player in history, and he also captained the US Davis Cup Team. He is an Emmy-nominated commentator for CBS, NBC, BBC, ESPN and USA. John grew up in New York City, where he graduated from the Trinity School. He attended Stanford University, winning an NCAA team and singles title his freshman year. He continues to live in New York City, where he has raised his 6 children. John partnered with SPORTIME to open the John McEnroe Tennis Academy in September 2010. |

Patrick McEnroe
Executive Director, JMTA Patrick grew up in Douglaston, NY and trained in the New York area. As a junior, he reached the semifinals of Wimbledon and the US Open boys' singles in 1983. Patrick then partnered Luke Jensen to win the French Junior doubles and the USTA Boys' 18 National and Clay Court titles in 1984. He made his first impact on the professional tour that same year, teaming up with brother John to win the doubles title at Richmond, Virginia. Patrick won the Men's Doubles Gold medal at the 1987 Pan American Games with Jensen, and helped Stanford University, as team captain, win the NCAA team championship in 1986 and 1988. He graduated from Stanford in 1988 with a degree in political science, and then joined the professional tennis tour. On the tour, Patrick won one singles title and 16 doubles titles, including the 1989 French Open Men's Doubles title, during his 10?year professional career, and achieved career?high rankings of World No. 28 in singles and World No. 3 in doubles. After retiring from the tour in 1998, Patrick had a successful run as U.S. Davis Cup captain, the longest tenured captain in U.S. history, winning the cup in 2007. After leaving his Davis Cup role in 2010, McEnroe focused on his television commentary work, and also served as the General Manager of Player Development for the USTA until mid-2015. Patrick joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2017. |

Mike Barrell
Executive Director of Tennis, SPORTIME Clubs Mike hails from the United Kingdom and has been a coach for more than 30 years. As a coach and tennis consultant worldwide, he has worked and delivered training in over 80 countries, supporting the development of tennis on five continents. Mike has been a keynote speaker at three ITF Worldwide Conferences and has presented at multiple USPTA World Conferences, PTR International Symposia, and National Conferences, and is a regular contributor to the ATP/WTA Pro Course. Mike was the author of the ITF Tennis10s manual, the Official U10 Program of many nations across the globe. His previous roles include Director of Tennis at MatchPoint in Southampton, England, and Director of Junior Tennis at the West Hants Club in Bournemouth, England. A Level Five LTA Coach, PTR Professional, and USPTA P1, Mike was also an LTA Master Tutor, ITF Expert, and PTR World Professional of the Year in 2007. In 2022 he was recognized as a PTR International Master Professional. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Mark Bowtell
Co-General Manager, SPORTIME RI and Director, JMTA NYC Mark hails from Dublin, Ireland where he trained at the National Tennis Academy from the age of 12. As a junior, Mark was nationally ranked in the top two in every age division. He won and was a finalist in several ITF junior events and earned an ATP ranking in 2010. Mark played Division I collegiate tennis for Louisiana State University, graduating in December 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration. In the spring of 2012, while injured, Mark was a Student Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Tigers, before finishing his LSU career as a player and member of the 2012-13 squad. Mark joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2013, and was promoted to Co-GM of the facility in 2022.

Co-General Manager, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Stefanie, originally from New York, NY, held a top 10 U18s USTA ranking and a top 150 ITF ranking as a junior. Stefanie attended Boston University, graduating in 2012 with a degree in Hospitality Management. During her stellar tennis career at BU, Stefanie played number 1 singles and doubles, was two-time America East Player of the Year, the 2011 ITA Northeast Region Player to Watch, and also earned Second Team All-America East honors. After graduating college, Stefanie worked in operations for nine years at hotels and for a law firm, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2020. |

Richard-John Mensing Jr. - MS-PES, CSCS, CHN
Director of Performance and Junior Athletic Development, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Richard hails from Richmond, Virginia, and has over 20 years of professional experience as an elite athlete, performance coach, and athletic-wellness educator, working in numerous sports with athletes of all ages and levels. A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Richard spent six years as a writer/producer for the CBS Television Network before moving to Barcelona to train and compete on the European triathlon circuit. In Spain, he received a Masters in D'Eesport I D'atletisme iNutricio at Universal Atlético Institut and went on to build his own successful health and fitness business, boasting clients from the worlds of sports, TV and film. From numerous ATP and WTA players to top ITF juniors, Olympic, Junior Olympic, collegiate, and amateur athletes from around the globe, Richard provides a uniform, yet holistic and individualized approach to the vital role that strength and conditioning training, flexibility, injury prevention and nutrition play in creating a successful athlete, regardless of age or sport. Richard joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2014. |

Dr. Dejan Stankovic, Ed.D, BCB
Director of Mental Performance & Wellness, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Dr. Stankovic was born in Serbia and raised in Niagara Falls, Canada, and later moved to Wakefield, Massachusetts. Dejan joins the SPORTIME/JMTA team as a sports psychologist with expertise in mindfulness, meditation and biofeedback. He is Board Certified in Biofeedback and is a member of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback (aapb.org), the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (bcia.org), and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (aasp.org). His publications include “Mindfulness Meditation Training for Tennis Players” and “Mindfulness Meditation Training as a Sports Psychology Technique”. In addition, Dr. Stankovic has presented his work at numerous national sports psychology conferences and national biofeedback conferences, and has taught sports psychology at high schools and to sports teams, including various women’s and men’s tennis teams, throughout the greater Boston area. Dr. Stankovic graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University in 2007, a Master's Degree in Education, Counseling Psychology Specialization in Sports Psychology from Boston University in 2008, and received an Ed.D. from Boston University in 2015. He was an NCAA DI tennis player himself, and served as the Head Coach of the DI Boston University men’s tennis team. Dr. Stankovic joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022 |

Dijana Stojic
Director of JMTA Mac Red Ball and Orange Ball Programs, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Dijana is a native of Bosnia-Herzegovina where she was a member of the Fed Cup team from 2003-2008. During her professional career she also reached a career high WTA ranking of 363 in singles and 567 in doubles. After retiring, she traveled to the United States to attend the University of South Carolina where she was one of the top Division I tennis players in the country. Dijana reached the Elite Eight at the NCAA women’s tennis tournament in 2008 and was an All-SEC player in each of her four years of college. She ended her stellar college career ranked #8 all time in career SEC singles wins. Dijana graduated in 2012 with a double major in business marketing and management, and a minor in hotel management. She joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2014. |

Kylene Murray
Director of Pickleball, Gen'l Operations Manager and Tennis/Pickleball Coach, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Kylene, born and raised in Yonkers, New York, was a top-ranked player internationally as a junior, competing in the Junior French Open at Roland Garros and achieving a high ranking of ITF #78. Kylene then competed on the WTA tour, where she reached a career-high WTA singles ranking of #413 in the world. Following her stint on tour, Kylene attended Concordia College, where she studied Business Administration. At CC, Kylene was an NCAA All-American and achieved a DII national ranking of #5. Since graduating, she has coached players of all ages and levels, including top-ranked juniors and at the college level. Kylene has more than 20 years of professional experience as Tennis Operations Manager at Lake Isle Country Club and as General Manager at Kela Tennis Mount Vernon in New York. Kylene joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2021. |

Jason Shkodnik
Associate Director and Director of Adult Programs, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Jason, originally from Brooklyn, New York, grew up in Florida where he was ranked in the top 10 state-wide, and in the top 100 nationally in boys’ 18s. Jason attended the University of Buffalo, where he was captain of the men’s tennis squad for 3 years, also receiving the Arthur Ashe Leadership Award in his senior year. He graduated from UB in 2013 with a degree in health and human services, and communications. As the Assistant Coach of the UB men’s squad, Jason helped his team win the MAC Conference Championship and qualify for the NCAA championship tournament for the first time in school history. Jason joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2011, summers only through 2015, and full-time as of 2016. |

Ion Efrim
Senior Associate Director and Camp Director, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Ion, originally from Romania, was a top-ranked junior in his home country, as well as the European Champion in the Boys’ 14s Division. He spent his freshman year at the University of Texas in Arlington, and then transferred to Alabama State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in 2019. During his sophomore, junior and senior years, the ASU team qualified for the NCAA Championships, and Ion was named First Team in both singles and doubles in the South Western Athletic Conference. As a senior, Ion was named Player of the Year and MVP of the SWAC Conference Tournament, as well as Student-Athlete of the Year at ASU. Ion spent three summers at the SPORTIME/JMTA during college, before joining the team full-time in 2020.

Caio Zampieri
Senior Associate Director, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Caio, originally from Mogi-Guaçu, Brazil, was an ATP Tour professional who achieved career-high world rankings of #182 in singles in 2010 and #114 in doubles in 2017. During his professional career, he won more than 15 singles titles at the Futures level and was the runner-up in two singles Challenger events. In doubles, Caio won over 15 titles at the Challenger and Futures levels. He competed in all four Grand Slam tournaments multiple times and represented Brazil in the Davis Cup in 2004, 2010 and 2011. Caio joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2018. |

Nico Sigloch
Associate Director and Administrator, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Born in Stuttgart, Germany, Nico was a top nationally ranked player in his home country as a junior. He subsequently earned his Bachelor's degree in Sport and Performance from the German Sport University of Cologne and an MBA from Drury University. At Drury, Nico was ranked regionally in the top 10 in singles and top 5 in doubles, led the Men's Tennis Team to a top 8 finish at the DII National Championships, and ended his career with a 21 - 1 record in singles. Nico later became the Men's and Women's Assistant Coach at Drury. He is certified by the German Tennis Federation at the second highest coaching level. Nico joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2018. |

Brian Helm
Senior Associate Director, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Brian was born and raised in the Washington DC area, where he played competitively as a junior. After being sidelined by a serious car accident, he moved down to Florida, at age 18, to rehab, train and play Futures tournaments. At age 20, Brian decided to focus his efforts on coaching. He spent 10 years doing so in Florida and in the Boston area, and the last 10 years doing so in the NYC area, coaching players of all ages and levels, from world-class to recreational. Brian joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2017. |

Dejan Vukojicic
Senior Associate Director, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Dejan was born and raised in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and was ranked in the top 30 in Yugoslavia throughout his junior career. He attended the College of Sport, Nikola Tesla, Belgrade, in Serbia, and graduated with a B.S in Sport and Coaching. Dejan was recognized as “The Most Promising Coach” by the Tennis Federation of Serbia in 2013, and as “The Best Junior Coach” by the Tennis Federation of Serbia in 2020. Dejan served as the Serbian Tennis Federation’s National Tennis Coach for U12, and the Director of its Tennis U10 program. He was also the coach of Miomir Kecmanovic taking him to #1 in Europe in Under 14s and twice winner of the Orange Bowl. Dejan was also a member of the Serbian Tennis Federation’s Coaching Board, with a focus on coach licensing, and a member of its Development Committee. Dejan joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Perry Aitchison
Associate Director, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Perry, originally from Australia, attended Syracuse University where he majored in Architecture. He has coached thousands of players, from the developmental level through top national, collegiate and professional levels. Perry has extensive experience as an analyst and planner for USTA junior competitive systems and is a graduate of USTA High Performance Coaching. Perry is certified in IYCA Speed and Agility training mechanisms and is SPORTIME’s lead expert in Dartfish technology. Perry has served as a Director of Tennis and as a Tournament Director during his tenure at SPORTIME. Perry joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2012. |

Ajay Kumar
Associate Director, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Ajay, a native New Yorker, grew up playing competitive tennis in the USTA Eastern Section, and was a member of the 1998 National Invitational Prep Championship tennis team at the Dwight School. Ajay attended Manhattan College, where he captained the men’s tennis team and was named team MVP in 2001 and in 2002. He earned a bachelor’s degree in education from MC. His coaching career spans 22 years, including as head coach for the varsity girls’ tennis team at Fieldston School, head coach for the women’s tennis team at Manhattan College, and as a director at Stadium Tennis in NYC. Ajay joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

She attended Middle Georgia State University, and then transferred to Chowan University in North Carolina, captained the tennis team there, and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Economics and Management. Yuval Solomon
Assistant Director of JMTA Mac Red and Orange Ball Programs, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Yuval was born and raised in Plainview, New York, where he was a two-time All-American, three-time All-State, and a four-time MVP for Plainview JFK High School, while achieving high rankings of #23 nationally, #7 in the Mid-Atlantic region, and #1 in New York State. Yuval attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Education. As a member of the WFU men’s tennis team, he was a two-time Player of the Year honoree and a member of the 2018 NCAA Championship team. Yuval continued to volunteer his time as a coach for the WFU men’s tennis team after graduation, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Assistant Director of JMTA Mac Red and Orange Ball Programs, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Cem was born and raised in Izmir, Turkey, where, as a junior, he was ranked #1 nationally in the 18s division and achieved a high ranking of #154 ITF. After competing on the ATP Tour, Cem attended Fresno State University, leading their team to the Mountain West Conference Championship and earning Midwest Conference Freshman of the Year honors. Since graduating from FSU, with an undergrad degree in Business Administration and Management, Cem has coached players at all ages and levels. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2021. |

Tournament Director and Assistant Camp Director, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine, Max began playing tennis at the age of 4 and was a top ranked junior in both U16s and U18s. He attended North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC where he won the 2017 HBCU National Doubles Championship, and later transferred to Mississippi College in Clinton, MS, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and an MBA and was a Graduate Assistant for the Men’s Tennis Team. Tereza Pilzova
Social Media Manager and Content Creator, Global JMTA, SPORTIME Randall's Island Tereza, born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, was ranked in the top 20 as a junior in her home country, winning multiple national and regional championships. Tereza attended Weber State University and then Lewis University, playing at the top of their respective lineups and receiving numerous GLVC awards for outstanding athletic and academic performance. Tereza graduated from Lewis with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising and then went on to earn her Masters in Media Management at The New School. She has coached players of all ages and levels, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Deklon Soodoo, MS, CSCS
Associate Director of Athletic Performance, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Deklon, born in Trinidad and Tobago and raised in Queens, NY, was a standout collegiate soccer player at Hunter College in NYC, serving as team captain in his junior and senior years, and leading the team to the CUNY championship in his senior year. He graduated from Hunter with a BA in Psychology, and then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from Brooklyn College. He is also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Deklon has extensive experience in soccer and tennis athletic performance, as well as in the field of physical therapy and injury-prevention. Deklon joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2021. |

Andrew Wegman
Associate Director of Athletic Performance, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Andy, a native of Western NY, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training from the University at Buffalo. He is a licensed NYS Certified Athletic Trainer specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance training. Prior to joining SPORTIME/JMTA, Andy worked in private training facilities in NYC, and with local high school and college athletes. He has also worked with athletes in the USA Olympic Wrestling and Track & Field Programs as a volunteer. Andy was an Associate Director of Athletic Performance at SPORTIME/JMTA from 2015 to 2021, and rejoined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in that same role, after a brief hiatus, in 2023. |

Alex Morales, MPT
Physical Therapist, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Alex, born and raised in the Bronx, earned a BA in economics from Robert E. Lehman College, and a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Hunter College in 2007. He began his physical therapy career at The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital acquiring extensive clinical experience in treating a wide variety of post-operative orthopedic diagnoses, and traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. After Burke, Alex worked in pediatrics gaining clinical experience in treating children with spectrum disorders, sensory deficits and developmental delays. Prior to joining SPORTIME/JMTA, Alex immersed himself in treating sports related injuries at Infinity Sports Medicine, and Base Physical Therapy. Over his fifteen-year career, Alex has focused on cutting edge manual techniques, neuromuscular reeducation and patient education to enhance performance and to prevent injury. Alex’s sports interests include tennis, squash, track and field, basketball, football and martial arts. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Tayyab Sheikh, MS, CSCS
Athletic Performance and Tennis Coach, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Tayyab Sheikh was born in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, and played number one singles his junior and senior years at Longmeadow High School. He led his team to four consecutive Western Massachusetts Conference Championships and was named to the Western Massachusetts All Conference First Team two years in a row. Tayyab went on to attend Merrimack College, graduating with a BS in Sports Medicine in 2017, and went on to earn an MS in Exercise Science from American International College in 2020. At Merrimack, Tayyab and his team won the Northeast-10 Conference during his freshman and sophomore years, and he received All-Conference 2nd Team honors in singles and doubles in his senior year. He served as an assistant coach for Franklin Pierce University, while pursuing his graduate degree, and has ten years of experience coaching players of all ages and levels. Tayyab is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He served as an Intern College Strength and Conditioning Coach for The University of the Holy Cross and was an EXOS Athletic Performance Coach from 2020-2022. Tayyab has multiple years of experience in a physical therapy setting as a Physical Therapy Aide and Intern. Tayyab joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Nick Kerhulas
Athletic Performance and Tennis Coach, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Nick, originally from Northridge, California, was ranked in the top 100 in Southern California throughout his career as a junior. A PTR certified tennis coach, Nick has experience coaching players of all ages and levels, including at the Calabasas Tennis and Swim Center in California. He has also coached high school tennis, as the Assistant Varsity Tennis Coach at Crespi Carmelite High School, in Encino, and as the Head Varsity Tennis Coach at Louisville High School, in Woodland Hills. Nick joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Jay Karl
Director of Sales & Member Services, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Jay has been in the tennis, fitness and sports business for over 40 years, including more than 20 years at SPORTIME. During his tenure at SPORTIME, Jay has served as the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, a regional manager, a general manager, and more, before he was, in 2014, called on to lead the sales effort at SPORTIME Randall's Island, the Company's flagship facility and the flagship home of JMTA. Jay joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 1999. |

Madeline Bosnjak
Sales Manager and Tennis Coach, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Madeline, originally from Frankfurt am Main, Germany, played competitive tennis as a junior. Beginning in 2017, she attended Georgia Gwinnett College, where she had an exemplary career as a member of the women’s tennis team. Madeline was a two-time NAIA National Champion, winning the 2018 NAIA Singles National Championship and earning Most Outstanding Player honors at both the 2018 and 2019 NAIA National Championships. In 2019, she finished the season ranked #1 in both singles and doubles by the ITA, going undefeated in both, with a 21-0 singles record and 19-0 doubles record. In 2019, Madeline transferred to Barry University and continued her tennis success there. As a junior, she posted a 11-0 singles record and 12-1 doubles record, earning ITA doubles All-American honors. As a senior, she went 17-0 in singles and 12-2 in doubles, again earning ITA doubles All-American honors. She was also a two-time CoSIDA Second-Team Academic All-American. Madeline earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from GGC and earned her MBA from Barry University. She joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Tennis Operations Manager, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Jasmin, originally from Maple Shade, NJ, competed in track & field in high school and college, setting school records in both. Beginning in 2009, she attended Rowan University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations in 2013. Jasmin worked in customer service for six years at Nordstrom and Swiss Post. She joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2017. |

Tom Manhart
Tennis Operations Manager, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Tom, originally from Park Ridge, New Jersey, began playing tennis at the age of seven. He was the NYC Parks tennis concessionaire at Randall’s Island, operating an 11-court facility there (4 indoor/outdoor courts and 7 outdoor courts), until SPORTIME was awarded the concession in 2004. SPORTIME then operated the 11-court facility until completing construction of the existing tennis center in 2009. Tom then spent twenty years as the Operations Manager at Roosevelt Island Racquet Club, where he managed hospitality, game arranging, league play, member relations, and air structure and court maintenance. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Andrew Polychroniadis
General Operations Manager, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Andrew, originally from Athens, Greece, played for youth soccer academies of professional clubs Panathinaikos F.C. and Panionios F.C., where he captained the U17 and U19 teams. He later signed his first professional contract with Panegialios F.C. Beginning in 2017, Andrew attended West Virginia Wesleyan College, where he captained the men’s soccer team to a conference championship and led them to their first NCAA tournament appearance in nine years. Director of Facilities, SPORTIME RI & JMTA Boris, originally from Belgrade, Serbia, came to the United States in 2001. He earned his Associate's Degree from LaGuardia CC, and has spent the last 12 years in a variety of supervisory positions for hotels, including most recently Four Seasons NYC, and for professional buildings, overseeing construction, renovation, maintenance and housekeeping at a 5 star level. Global Director of Retail, SPORTIME Clubs Jill, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, grew up playing recreational tennis. She attended American University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Jill went on to have a successful career in retail, focusing on apparel, and working with brands like Kenneth Cole, Jacadi and Hot Topic. Jill then transitioned into hard lines with Yankee Candle, where she spent 10 years helping to grow the business. Jill joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Dimas Mendez
Pro-shop Manager, and Tennis Coach, SPORTIME Randall's Island Dimas was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and came to the United States in 2009. As a junior, he was ranked #10 in the 16s division in Puerto Rico, and later went on to attend the University of Puerto Rico, graduating with a B.S. in Biology in 2005. Dimas began coaching tennis during his college years, including the opportunity to train the inaugural Puerto Rican Junior Tennis Team at the 2009 ISF Championships in Belgium. He also has over ten years of experience as a Pro-Tour stringer, stringing and customizing racquets for world-ranked tennis players, including Dominic Thiem, Maria Sakkari and Marin Cilic, among others, and is a member of the US Open, Indian Wells and Cincinnati Open stringing teams. Dimas has experience coaching players of all ages and levels, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Ryann Cutillo
JMTP Executive Director Ryann was born and raised on Long Island, NY where she trained at SPORTIME from the age of 5 through her college years. As a junior, Ryann was ranked in the top 15 nationally and #1 in the Eastern section in every age division, winning two time New York State championships. She went on to play Division I tennis at Wake Forest University, captaining the team for 2 years. Ryann won over 100 career matches during her college career, and was a member of the All-ACC Academic team. Since graduating in 2012 with a BA in Psychology, Ryann has spent the last 9 years in business development, operations, and strategy across the sports, digital media, and tech industries. She joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2021. |

Courtney Repoli
Chief Administrative Officer, SPORTIME Clubs & Assistant Director at JMTP Courtney, from Staten Island, NY, has a lengthy history with tennis. Her passion began playing on her high school tennis team and serving as captain her senior year, but her love of the sport really flourished off the court. Courtney attended The George Washington University in Washington, DC, where she studied Business Administration. While at GW, Courtney completed a five-year Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration with a concentration in Sports Management. During her time in DC, she had the opportunity to intern with the Washington Kastles, a World Team Tennis franchise, which led to her full-time employment with the team after graduating. In 2010, Courtney moved back to NY and worked with the NY SPORTIMEs and eventually, the John McEnroe Tennis Academy and the Johnny Mac Tennis Project. After a few years away to grow her family and welcoming a son and a daughter, Courtney rejoined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2020. |

Lisa Jouravleva
Community Relations Manager, JMTP Lisa, originally from Long Island, NY, began playing tennis at the age of five, and trained at SPORTIME Kings Park as a junior. Lisa was consistently ranked in the top-10 in the USTA Eastern Section and top-150 nationally. She was a four-year letter winner at Ramapo High School, earning all-county honors, and leading the team to sectional, county and league titles. Beginning in 2014, she attended Bucknell University, where she played #1 singles and #1 doubles for the women’s tennis team for all four years, and captained the team as a senior. She graduated with the 10th most wins in program history, and received the Bradley N. Tufts Award for exceptional athletic achievement. Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from BU in 2018, and a master’s degree in sports management from Columbia University in 2023. She joined the Johnny Mac Tennis Project team in 2023. |

Polina Akimova
Tennis Coach Polina, originally from Novosibirsk, Russia, began playing tennis at the age of four and achieved a career-high ranking of #99 in Tennis Europe in the G18 division. Beginning in 2019, she attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where she played on the women’s tennis team, compiling a 19-5 singles record over two seasons. During the 2020 season, UTA went undefeated in Sun Belt Conference play and finished 18-4 overall. In 2021, Polina transferred to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she finished her college tennis career with a 24-5 singles record, and led the team to its third Atlantic 10 Championship title, and an NCAA tournament berth. Throughout her college tennis career, Polina earned various honors, including Sun Belt Player of the Week, UMass Player of the Week, ITA Scholar Athlete and A-10 Scholar Athlete. Polina graduated from UMass with a bachelor’s degree in operations and information management, and a master’s degree in business analytics. She joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Tennis Coach Ken was born and raised in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, where he was ranked in the top five nationally in the Boys’ 18 and under division. Ken went on to earn a BA in Visual Arts from the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. Ken has spent the past 12 years, since graduating, coaching tennis players of all ages and levels. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2021. |

Madalena Andrade
Tennis Coach Madalena, a native of Torres Vedra, Portugal, began playing tennis at the age of eight. She was the #1 ranked G18 player in Portugal and a member of Portugal’s G18 National Team, competing in the 2019 European Championships. Beginning in 2019, Madalena attended Alabama State University, where she played on the women's tennis team. She compiled a 14-7 singles record in her first two seasons at ASU and was named SWAC Player of the Year and SWAC Championship Tournament MVP in 2021. Madalena transferred to Bradley University, where she was named a First Team All-MVC Scholar-Athlete. In 2023, she returned to Alabama State, compiling a 12-5 singles record and 14-2 doubles record, leading ASU to the 2024 SWAC Women’s Tennis title and a berth in the NCAA Athens Women’s Tennis Regional. Madalena graduated from ASU with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and health sciences, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Tennis Coach Miguel, born in Mexico and raised in Santiago, Chile, began playing tennis at the age of 9. He started his tennis coaching career at ClubMed, including locations in Mexico, the Bahamas and Cuba, and subsequently moved to New York, where he coached at clubs both in Manhattan and in the Hamptons. Miguel joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Tennis Coach Ivan, originally from Madrid, Spain, was a highly ranked junior tennis player in his home country, achieving a ranking of #8 nationally in the B12 division in 2012. Beginning in 2020, Ivan attended Franklin Pierce University, where he played on the men’s tennis team, was named to the Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team, and earned Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week honors in April 2021. In 2022, Ivan transferred to St. Francis College, where he played on the men’s tennis team and earned a bachelor’s degree in communication. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Tennis Coach Nicolas was born and raised in Waldwick, NJ, and has been playing tennis since the age of 4. As a junior he was ranked #68 nationally, and was a Gold Ball winner at the 2012 USTA National Mixed Open Indoor Doubles Tournament. He attended DI The Citadel, where he regularly played #1 singles and doubles. Nick is a USPTR certified High-Performance Coach, and has more than 8 years of coaching experience with junior, college and adult players. Prior to coming to SPORTIME, he was the Head Professional Tennis Coach at Ridgewood Racquet Club in Ridgewood, NJ. Nick joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Tennis Coach Santo, a native of the Dominican Republic, began playing tennis while working as a ball boy at Casa De Campo Resort. As a junior, he was ranked in the top 10 in the country. After studying tourism at O&M College in the Dominican Republic, he came to the United States to teach at various summer camps before joining the staff of Tennisport in Long Island City, NY, where he taught for 9 years. Jonathan Cornish
Tennis Coach Jonathan, originally from London, England, began playing tennis at the age of five. In 2011, he competed at Junior Wimbledon and made the finals of ITF junior tournaments in Hungary and Morocco. He also led Reeds School to five national titles and two world school championships. Beginning in 2012, Jonathan attended the University of Virginia, and helped the men’s tennis team win three NCAA team championships in 2013, 2015 and 2016. He posted a career doubles record of 29-16, including a 12-3 record in dual matches. Jonathan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from UVA. He spent seven years coaching tennis in England and in Florida before joining the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Tennis Coach Andrea was born and raised in Livorno, Italy, where he competed on the Junior Tour, Serie A, and was a member of the Federazione Italiana Tennis Youth Team. Andrea received his PTR Certification in 2005, and has since shared his coaching experience with players of all ages and levels at various tennis clubs across the world including: CTL Banditella Livorno Pro (Italy), Chestnut Forks Tennis Club (Virginia), Wakefield Country Day School (Virginia), and the Yorkville Tennis Club (New York). Andrea also played professional soccer in Italy, becoming a member of the Pistoiese Calcio Youth Team, at the age of 16, and competing in Serie B. Andrea joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Tennis Coach Guilherme, originally from Manaus, Brazil, was a Brazilian national champion in the Boys’ U16 Division in 2016 as a junior. Tennis Coach Otto was born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia, and has been playing tennis since the age of 8. He was the top ranked junior in his country in the U12 through U18 divisions. He has represented his country in the Summer Youth Olympics, Davis Cup, and at Futures and ITF events around the world, and earned ATP points. Otto has more than twelve years of coaching experience, working with players of all ages and levels. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Lorik Haxhishabani
Tennis Coach Originally from Kosovo, Lorik was the #1 ranked junior player in his home country for four years, from the age of 12 through the age of 16. He attended the University of Pristina, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports and later became an Assistant Professor there, teaching tennis program development. As an ITF Level 2 certified coach, Lorik is experienced in teaching players of all ages and levels and has coached some of the best players in Kosovo, including Vesa Gjinaj and Fresk Sylhasi. He was a member of the Kosovo 2019 Davis Cup Team and of the Federation Tennis Kosovo Board of Directors, which named him captain of Kosovo’s U12 representative team. Lorik joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2022. |

Alvaro Huete Vadillo
Tennis Coach Alvaro, originally from Madrid, Spain, began playing tennis at the age of four. He was ranked as high as #6 in the B18 division in Spain and #100 nationally, and in 2019 he was a Spanish National Team Champion. Beginning in 2019, he attended Butler University, where he played for the men’s tennis team. Over the course of his college tennis career, he earned All-BIG EAST Second Team honors in both 2022 and 2023, was ranked #52 nationally in NCAA Division I doubles in 2023, and was named singles Player of the Week. Alvaro earned seven doubles Team of the Week selections, posted a 14-match win streak and helped Butler reach the conference finals in 2022. He also reached the semifinals of the 2022 ITA Ohio Valley Regionals in doubles and the semifinals of the 2023 La Jolla Doubles Championship. Alvaro graduated from BU with a bachelor’s degree in international business, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Kristofer Johnson
Tennis Coach Kris, originally from Bromley, England, began playing tennis at the age of six. He was a top junior player in the UK, ranking in the top-40 in both the B16 and B18 divisions, with a career-high ranking of #13 in the B16 division. Kris was also a finalist in the B18 National Doubles Championships. Beginning in 2021, Kris attended Alabama State University, where he played on the men’s tennis team. During his time at ASU, he helped propel the team to two SWAC championships, in 2022 and 2023, as well as the 2022 HBCU National Championship. Kris was a three-time First-Team All-Conference selection in 2021, 2022 and 2023. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from ASU, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Tennis Coach Jurabek, originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, achieved a career high ranking of ITF #6 as a junior, and was a runner-up at the Australian Open Junior Championship and a quarter-finalist at the Wimbledon Junior Championship in 2016. His ATP Singles career-high ranking is #426, achieved in 2018, and his ATP Doubles career-high ranking is #279, achieved in 2019. Jurabek also represented Uzbekistan in the Davis Cup, where he posted a win-loss record of 4-1. He attended DI, Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina, and graduated with a B.S. Degree in Communication in 2023. While at Wake, he received an All-ACC Third Team Award, and achieved an ITA ranking of #99 in singles, in 2022. Jurabek joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Tennis Coach Alina, originally from Taganrog, Russia, attended DII University of Indianapolis, later transferring to DI Wagner College in Staten Island, NY. During her college tennis career, Alina was a four-time All-American, a DII ITA National Champion in doubles, an Indoor ITA DII National Team Champion, received Freshman and Senior of the Year honors, and achieved high DII regional rankings of #1 in doubles and #13 in singles. Alina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Applied Business Analytics and a Master's Degree in Management from Wagner. She joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Veronika Kovalchuk
Tennis Coach Veronika, originally from Astana, Kazakhstan, attended the University of Northwestern Ohio and graduated in 2024 with a BS in Business Administration. While a member of their NAIA women's tennis team, Veronika received the Champion of Character award for three consecutive years, made one All-Academic team, and helped lead her UNOH team to a conference championship in 2024. Having experience coaching at the Tennis Central academy in Washington DC and organizing junior tournaments in her native Kazakhstan, Veronika is comfortable coaching players of all levels and ages. Tennis Coach Alexander is a native of Moscow, Russia and began playing tennis at the age of 9, winning more than 25 L2 through L5 tournaments as a junior. Alexander attended Synergy University in Moscow where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. He is a Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certified coach for U10, Juniors 11-17 and Adults, and has experience coaching players of all ages and levels. Tennis Coach Santiago was born in Bogota, Colombia, and later moved to Florida to attend DI Bethune-Cookman University, graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration in 2015. He continued his studies at East Tennessee State University, earning an MBA in 2022. Santiago served two seasons as the men’s assistant coach at ETSU and helped the team achieve two regular season and championship conference titles, and two NCAA appearances. Prior to attending ETSU, he was the women’s assistant coach at The University of Houston, the University of Texas, San Antonio, and the University of Arizona. Santiago also served as a travel coach and hitting partner to junior, collegiate, and professional players at Evert Tennis Academy and the Rick Macci Tennis Academy. After his sophomore year, Isfan transferred to Newman University, where he continued his tennis career and reached a career-high ranking of #26 in the ITA National doubles rankings. Tennis Coach Gleb, originally from Ufa, Russia, began playing tennis at the age of five. He competed in junior tournaments across Croatia and Spain, achieving a top-30 ranking in the Tennis Europe B14 division. In 2019, he was named an ITA All-American. Beginning in 2019, Gleb attended Riverside City College, where he earned an associate’s degree in economics. In January 2021, he transferred to St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY where he played on the men’s tennis team and was named All-NEC First Team in singles. Tennis Coach Nikolas Moceanu, originally from The Woodlands, Texas, started playing tennis when he was seven years old and was a top 10 player in Texas throughout his junior career. Beginning in 2017, he attended and played for Texas Tech before transferring to Abilene Christian in 2018. At Abilene Christian, he earned Second Team All-Southland Conference honors in singles in 2018 and 2019, as well as First Team All-Southland Conference honors in doubles in 2019, while earning his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. Nikolas also achieved a career-high ITF ranking of 526. He joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Tennis Coach Ricardo, a native of the Dominican Republic, began his tennis training while working as a ball boy at the Casa de Campo resort. As a junior, he achieved a top 10 ranking in his country. Ricardo attended O&M College in the Dominican Republic where he studied computer engineering. He began his coaching career at Casa de Campo, working as the tournament director, before moving to the United States in 1997 and becoming a full-time tennis pro at Tennisport in Long Island City, NY. Tennis Coach Shane is originally from Brooklyn, NY. Beginning in 2014, he attended the City College of Technology in Brooklyn, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in entertainment technology in 2017. Emil Reinberg
Tennis Coach Emil, originally from Atlanta, GA, started playing tennis at the age of eight. He competed in major international junior tournaments, including Wimbledon, the French Open, and the U.S. Open, and reached the top 50 in ITF juniors. Emil attended and played for the University of Georgia starting in 2015, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Emil recorded a 20-10 singles record during his freshman season, including a perfect 5-0 mark in conference play. He was named SEC Tournament MVP, finishing with a team-best 35 singles wins and ranking 51st nationally in his sophomore year. He was named second-team All-SEC and SEC Tournament MVP, compiling a 20-17 singles record as a junior. Emil was named to the First-Team All-SEC for the second time as a senior, finishing ranked No. 38 in ITA singles and No. 61 in doubles. He secured eight victories against nationally-ranked opponents and represented Team USA at the Master U Competition in France. Emil joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Beginning in 2019, Sacchitt attended the University of San Diego, where he played on the men’s tennis team and helped lead them to multiple conference tournament and regular-season titles. He was named to the All-WCC Second Team in singles in 2021 and 2022, and earned All-WCC First Team honors in 2023. Sacchitt graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Tennis Coach Pavlos, originally from Nea Makri, Greece moved to Long Island, NY, where was ranked in the top 30 in the Boys’ 18U Division in the USTA Eastern Section in 2006. He attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and graduated with a B.S in Sports and Recreation Management in 2010. As a member of the men’s tennis squad for all four years at TU, Pavlos was awarded Rookie of the Week, twice, in the A10 Conference, in 2007. Pavlos is USPTA Certified and has experience coaching players of all ages and levels, including at Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club, and as a coach at Long Island University. Pavlos joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Tennis Coach Lumi, originally from Târgu Jiu, Romania, was ranked in the top 4 in her home country in the Girls’ U10 through U18 Divisions, and was and member of the national team from U12 to U18, achieving a career ITF ranking of #561. She attended DI Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, Virginia, and later transferred to DI University of South Alabama, from where she earned a B.S. in Business in 2023. She was a starter for the women’s tennis squads at VCU and USA in all four years, and received the All-Atlantic 10 First Team award in 2020-21 . She has experience coaching players of all levels and ages, including at the Westchester Country Club in NY. Lumi joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |

Tennis Coach Nataliia is originally from Odesa, Ukraine. As a junior, she achieved career-high rankings of #10 in her home country, #37 in Europe in the Girls’ 14s division, and was a member of the Ukraine National Tennis Team. Nataliia went on to attend DI Old Dominion University, where she received multiple tennis awards, including All-Conference USA Singles First-Team honors from 2015 to 2019, C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll from 2015 to 2018 and C-USA Tennis Athlete of the Month. After graduating from ODU with a B.S. in Exercise Science & Sports Management, Nataliia went on to attend DII Saint Leo University to pursue a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Business. While attending SLU, she served as the assistant women’s tennis coach, and, in 2022, was recognized as the Assistant Coach of the Year in the South Region, while leading the Saint Leo women's tennis team to #3 national ranking. Juan Zabala
Tenniscoach Juan, originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, began playing tennis at the age of five. He was the junior National Champion in Ecuador in every age division, from B10 to B18. Juan earned his first ATP point in 2016 and achieved a #79 ITF junior world ranking, winning five ITF junior singles titles and six ITF junior doubles titles. Beginning in 2020, he attended East Tennessee State University, where he played on the men’s tennis team. In his second season, he was named First Team All-Conference in doubles and Second Team All-Conference in singles, compiling a 24-6 singles record and 16-10 doubles record. Juan transferred to the University of Memphis in 2022, where he helped the men’s tennis team qualify for the NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis National Championships in 2023. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UM, and joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2024. |

Aizat Zholdakayeva
Tennis Coach Aizat, originally from Astana, Kazakhstan, attended DI Alcorn State University, in Lorman, Mississippi, and graduated with a B.A in General Studies in 2023. She captained the ASU team in 2021, and received the SWAC All-Tournament Spring Award in that same year. She has experience coaching players of all ages and levels, including at the Tuxedo Club in Tuxedo Park, NY, and at the Kim Grant Tennis Academy in Palo Alto, CA. Aizat joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2023. |
