Girls Developmental Teams
Players on our Developmental Teams participate in weekly skill development and team training under the supervision of our expert coaches. Teams are introduced to competitive volleyball by participating in 2-3 local tournaments during the club season.
Ages: 10-13 / Grades 5-7
Girls Elite Teams
The Elite Travel Team program offers players, ages 14-17, a highly competitive and rigorous training environment. With three practices per week, participation in local GEVA power league events and National qualifying travel tournaments, this program aims to provide players with the highest level of training, competition and opportunities for college recruitment.
Ages: 14 - 17
Girls Open Teams
The Open Travel Team program offers a highly competitive environment for players ages 15-18. With a practice schedule of two sessions per week, participation in local and travel tournaments, and a focus on qualifying for the GEVA Power League, the program aims to provide players with the opportunity to showcase their skills at the highest level.
Ages: 15 - 18

The Club Travel Team program offers a competitive environment for players, ages 14-17, to excel in their volleyball journey. With a practice schedule of two sessions per week, participation in local and travel tournaments, and a focus on high-level training and competition, the program aims to provide players with the opportunity to showcase their skills at the highest level.

Girls Hybrid Teams
The Hybrid Travel Team program provides players, ages 14-16, with a balanced training and competition experience. With one practice per week, participation in local and travel tournaments, and a focus on skill development and team training, the program aims to help players progress their skills, teamwork, and overall understanding of the game.
Ages: 14 - 16 / Grades 8-10
Girls Programs at SPORTIME Kings Park
VBC offers competitive travel team programs at other SPORTIME locations to accommodate players who prefer to train close to home. Locations include Quogue, Kings Park and Lynbrook, and specific program options vary from season to season.

NEW Girls Club Teams at SPORTIME Amagansett
SPORTIME VBC is coming to the East End for the 2025-2026 Indoor Club Volleyball season. Girls, ages 13-16, will have the opportunity to train and compete at our beautiful indoor arena in Amagansett, under the guidance and supervision of our experienced and dedicated team of coaches.

Girls Future Stars
Our Future Stars program aims to introduce young players, ages 10-13, to the world of competitive volleyball. With a focus on age-appropriate training, proper technique, court positioning, game strategy, and fun, the program provides a supportive environment for players to learn and grow in the sport. The combination of team practices, optional skills training, and structured competitions helps players develop their skills, teamwork, and love for the game.
